We’re Ben and Caroline, and Minnow is very much a family-run business. It’s a love of good coffee, good food, and the simple joy of feeling welcome.

We serve ethically sourced specialty coffee made with locally sourced milk, alongside homemade bakes and thoughtfully prepared light bites, the kind of food that’s comforting, unfussy, and always made with care. For us, it’s just as much about how something feels as how it tastes.

You’ll find us in two special places. Established in 2019, our original spot - Porthclais Kiosk sits right by the water at Porthclais Harbour. A welcome pit stop in an idyllic setting for walkers, adventurers, and anyone warming up after a cold sea swim. It’s a place for muddy boots, salty hair, and that much-needed post-dip coffee.

Our second home, Minnow, is in the heart of St Davids, where you’ll find a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It’s a space to slow down, catch up, or simply enjoy a really good cup of coffee.

Our aim is the same, to create somewhere warm, welcoming, and easy to love, whether you’re popping in every day or discovering us for the first time. Come say hi…
